EU entry & GPSR

Outside the EU?
Let’s plan your way in.

Get logistics, e-commerce and compliance coordination into one conversation. We help connect your product readiness with a practical fulfilment plan for your chosen EU markets.

Under one roof

One coordinated setup, with the service scope and responsibilities agreed for your products.

An EU launch starts
before the first pallet.

Product requirements and economic-operator roles need to be considered alongside the physical flow of goods.

Your EU setup

Review where you are established, how products reach the EU and which economic operators are involved.

GPSR documentation

Review the product identification, safety information and supporting documents relevant to your range.

Labels & packaging

Coordinate the required product, manufacturer and relevant EU operator information for the agreed markets.

Online listings

Bring the relevant identification and safety information into your distance-sales product data.

Stock & fulfilment

Plan inbound stock, handling and distribution around your European launch.

Category-specific coordination

Identify where specialist input is needed for your products, including applicable CE or EPR requirements.

GPSR applies to consumer-product safety within its scope. Product-specific legislation may apply as well. The services and responsibilities are agreed per product range and target market; this is not blanket product certification.
EU responsible person / planned service

Looking for a manufacturer’s representative?

We currently accept expressions of interest for this planned service. A voluntary manufacturer-representative engagement requires the service to open, document review, a written mandate and an agreed contract.

Economic-operator responsibilities can also arise from the actual supply and fulfilment arrangement. We review that setup as part of your EU entry planning.

FAQ

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Does GPSR apply to products made outside the EU?

Products within the GPSR’s scope need to meet its requirements when offered to EU consumers, regardless of where they are made. We begin by reviewing the range and sales arrangement.

Are you automatically our EU representative?

A voluntary manufacturer-representative appointment is not automatic. Our planned service currently accepts expressions of interest. Existing legal responsibilities depend on the actual economic-operator and fulfilment arrangement.

Can we combine EU entry with bulk split?

Yes. The physical flow and product-readiness work can be planned together, with the selected services and responsibilities set out in the scope.

Does every product need CE marking?

No. CE marking is required only under the applicable product-specific legislation. The GPSR is not a CE certification scheme. We identify the requirements relevant to your product category.
